All ICON84 plugins are provided free of charge.

There is no purchase required to download or use them. ICON84 does not charge royalties or fees for music or other creative work made using our plugins.

All ICON84 plugins remain the property of ICON84.

This includes the software, source code, design, branding, names, logos, graphics, and all other parts of the plugins.

Downloading or using an ICON84 plugin does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

You are free to:

• Download and install the plugins.
• Use them for personal or commercial projects.
• Use them in music you release, sell, stream, or license.
• Use them in films, videos, games, and other creative work.
• Make money from work created using the plugins.

You do not owe ICON84 any royalties or additional fees for creative work made with our plugins.

You may not:

• Sell or rent the plugins.
• Charge money for access to the plugins themselves.
• Repackage or redistribute the plugins as your own product.
• Claim ownership or copyright over the plugins.
• Rename, modify, or redistribute the plugins as a competing product.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugins, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

You may not upload the original plugin files to another service for the purpose of selling them or charging for access to them.

If you want to include an ICON84 plugin in a collection, software bundle, download platform, or other distribution, please contact us first.

ICON84 does not claim ownership of music or other creative work you make using our plugins.

If you make a track with an ICON84 plugin, the track is yours.

You are free to release, sell, stream, license, monetize, or otherwise use that work without owing ICON84 anything.

ICON84 plugins are intended to remain free to use.

We will not require payment to unlock the basic use of a plugin that has been released as free.

ICON84 may discontinue a plugin, stop providing updates, or remove a plugin from the website at any time. Existing copies may continue to function, but we cannot guarantee future compatibility with operating systems, DAWs, or other software.

ICON84 may release updates, fixes, improvements, or new versions at its discretion.

Updates are provided free of charge for plugins released as free software.

We do our best to keep everything working, but we cannot guarantee that a plugin will work forever on every computer, DAW, operating system, or future software version.

The plugins are provided “as is”, without guarantees that they will be completely error-free or compatible with every system.

Use them at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, ICON84 is not responsible for data loss, project loss, system problems, or other damage resulting from the use of our plugins.

Keep backups of important projects and files. Seriously.

ICON84 may update these terms when necessary.

The latest version will always be published on the ICON84 website.
